Custom Embroidered Organic Cotton Twill Caps
Hats offer great visibility and are a way to promote your group, cause, campaign, project or business throughout the year. Your message is embroidered on the front (and can also be on the back; for example a website or phone number on back) You can have text and/or your logo or design on the front or side.
• There is only one union shop in the U.S. making 100% U.S. union
made hats; every other hat sold in our country are made in other
countries. Union label is inside each hat.
• Six panel unconstructed 100% certified organic cotton cap. Embroidered eyelets. Velcro adjustable headband strap.
• 72 pieces minimum, embroidered. 24 min. unembroidered.
• Stock Colors Available: white, stone, khaki, and navy blue.
Special Order Colors (call for minimums and pricing): Natural, pink, red, burgundy, canary yellow, avocado, olive, columbia blue, nutmeg brown, grey, dark grey and black.
• Prices include embroidery up to 6,000 stitches.
• Digitizing Tape Charge (for text only) $50. For Logo: $150

Unlike most cap embroiderers, Unionwear embroiders the front two panels of our caps on a flat surface before the hat is made rather than on the curved surface of a finished cap. This saves up to 50% on costs and results in a larger embroiderable area, no registration problems, and a greater facility with detail.
